Sell On Hand

For the table, not the spreadsheet

Sell On Hand

Live inventory and checkout for vendors who sell shirts, flags, crosses, lotions, cards, and anything else that runs out. Leave the notepad at home.

From prep to paid, one loop

Preload before the show. Sell from live stock at the show. Inventory moves when money does.

  1. 1

Load the table before you leave home

Enter what you are bringing: shirts, flags, crosses, lotions, cards, whatever ships in limited qty. Set prices once. Walk into the event knowing your stock, not guessing from a notepad.

  2. 2

Go live. Shoppers use their phones.

Share your page. They see live counts, not yesterday's list. Add to cart. Check out. You hand them the bag when they show the receipt, or they browse, pick up, and flash the receipt on the way out.

  3. 3

    Or check them out yourself

Some people just want to hold the bottle and pay. Same app: build the cart on your phone, take the card, inventory drops the second payment clears.

Pay the easy ways

Shoppers on their phones, or you at the till. Payment clears, quantity drops. No end-of-day recount from memory.

  • Phone checkout

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link through Stripe. Shopper pays on their own phone while you keep selling.

  • Your till

You run the cart for walk-ups. Same live inventory. Same deduction when the charge succeeds.

  • Cash

Record it in one tap. Stock still moves. No fee from us on cash.

Hand-off without the chaos

They show you a receipt on their phone and you pull the items, or they shop the booth, grab what they want, and show the paid receipt on the way out. You stay in the conversation instead of the calculator.

When you are not live

Point people at the online shop you already run, or we can help you stand one up later. Event stock and online stock do not have to be the same shelf.

Free to run. We grow when you do.

No monthly platform fee to get started. Card sales at events carry a small transaction cut that includes processing. Cash is free on our side. All in, grow together, not a stack of plan tiers.

Questions

What does it cost?
The platform is free to use. We make money on card sales at your events, a small cut that covers processing. We only grow when you sell. The rate is not locked forever; we will keep it fair as the product matures.
I already use Square. Can I keep it?
Yes as a direction. Square (and similar) can stay the payment rail while Sell On Hand stays the inventory brain, once we wire their OAuth and payment webhooks. Until that ships, event card checkout runs through Stripe on Sell On Hand so stock and payment stay in one loop.
What about online when I am not at an event?
Two options: we can help you stand up a simple online shop, or point shoppers at the site you already have (Shopify, a Jordan Essentials replicated shop, anything with a URL). Event live inventory and your online store stay separate on purpose.
Who is this for?
Anyone selling finite stock face to face: vendor fairs, pop-ups, craft markets, direct sales, church bazaars, lotion tables, flag booths. If you have been tracking qty with a notepad, this is the upgrade.
